Article 2 – Acceptance of Conditions

The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering and accepts them without reservation. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Biscuiterie Painsol and the customer and supersede any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3 - Price

3.1 – Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

3.2 – All orders are payable in euros.

3.3 – Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is that in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

3.4 – Retention of title: the products remain the property of Biscuiterie Painsol until full payment.

Article 4 - Terms of payment

Payment for purchases is made:
– By bank card (VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard) via the secure Paybox platform;
– By bank transfer (details provided when ordering).
Bank details are not stored. Online payments are protected (SSL).

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, via Colissimo (La Poste) or Mondial Relay. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout. They vary depending on the weight of the package, the chosen delivery method, and the destination.

Deliveries are possible in mainland France and in the European Union (excluding exceptional restrictions).

The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the carrier. In case of damage, make specific reservations with the carrier and notify Biscuiterie Painsol without delay.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, unsealed, consumed or damaged products will not be accepted for return.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service at sales@biscuiterie-painsol.com specifying the order number and the items concerned.

Returns must be made in the original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Article 8 - Liability

The products comply with French legislation. Photos and texts are not contractual; slight variations may occur.

Biscuiterie Painsol cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, postal or transport strike, weather incident or disaster.

Article 9 – Personal Data (GDPR)

The data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations. It is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without a legal basis or prior consent.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact sales@biscuiterie-painsol.com.

Article 10 - Intellectual property

All elements of this website (texts, images, logos, graphics, code) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Biscuiterie Painsol. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.

Article 11 – Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Blois (41) shall have jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Customer Commitment

Order confirmation constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Biscuiterie Painsol reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
